Ingredients..
A small gourd- cut into small pieces
Salt to taste
Parsley
Boroi/ ripe jujube
Turmeric powder.. a little
1/2 teaspoon or less olive oil
Some onions
Procedure of cooking...
Put the oil on a pre-heated pan. Pour the onions & turmeric. Wait until light brown. pour the gourd. Add the salt. Pour some water. Cover till boiled or for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the parsley & jujube at the end!
